I am not a doctor or medical professional. I am writing recipes based on what I have found useful in my own mental health recovery and I am sharing it in the hope some other people might find it useful too, especially my classmates at Recovery College. I used to be a photographer but I am not well enough to do that at the moment, and I haven’t been for some years. I have used free stock photography such as Getty Images Embed, Unsplash or creative commons images to illustrate my posts rather than actual photographs of the recipes I have created. Maybe one day when I feel more well this will change and again I will let you know if it does.
Whilst I hope to update the blog at least three times a week, and eventually I hope there will be set days so you know when to expect posts, at present this depends on my brain and how well I am feeling. I hope you understand.Follow me on social media:
